The products on the Site are priced relying on the quality of the product and other market conditions. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of delivery.
Cancellation by Site/ Customer
We at Holy Froots have a strict no cancellation policy upon placing an order. However, cancellation at the end of the Site/Customer shall be taken into consideration in case of any contingencies arising out of unforeseen circumstances such as the pandemic and the amount paid shall be refunded within 7 days from the date of such cancellation.
Return and Refund Policy
Holy Froots has a strict no Return and Refund policy except in cases as mentioned above. However, any complaints regarding the product can be addressed to Buzz@Holyfroots.com by the customer within 12 hours of receiving the product.

Upon the delivery of the fruits, it is recommended to place the fruits out of the box and in a cool dry and a ventilated place for better experience.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws in India. The Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
